Terms and Conditions
You can place you order electronically through Méhn Tünde Esthetic Line Kft.'s webshop at http://webshop.pmuartschool.com/ URL.
Registration is required to order any items. All terms and conditions written on this page are being applied for all items found in the webshop.

Range of items to be purchased
In our webshop you will find products related to permanent makeup (tattooing) and mesotherapy, furthermore accossories to these treatments.
Browse without Registration - Ordering after Registration
To place orders you need to complete a registration in you own name.
- You can browse amongst all products on our webshop even without registration but only once registered and logged in can you see the prices and place orders.
- Benefits of registration: makes future purchases easier by storing all your customer information on your registered account. Whenever you would like to buy something again, all the field will be filled automatically from your account information.
Once you registered, all you need to do is to log in and then by click on Profile, which can be found in the header, you can immediately fill in the required fields in order to place orders in the future. What can you do in your Profile for example:
- change your personal profile information, subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters,
- check your previous orders,
- fill the fields for billing and shipping information,
- watch webinars after they are purchased.
After registration, you need to activate your account by clicking the link received in the email we send you automatically. After that you can log in and use your account immediately. You can log in to the account by typing in your email address (as your username) and the password you have given at the time of registration. The Registration and Login buttons can be found in the header of the website.
- Logging in with your account name and password means the following: 1. A natural person is attending personally in the matter, making her/him responsible for all her/his actions. 2. A legal entity, represented by the person registered and logged in as the organization's legal respresentative, making the legal entity responsible for all its representative's actions.
- After registration, you will need to provide us with some personal information. You will be able to modify these information previously given by editing your Profile.
- Your registration means that you agree to all the terms and conditons, laws that are in force in Hungary regarding online purchase. To give your consent, you need to check the box next to the "I agree to the Terms & Conditions.".
- Shortly after registration, you will receive an email automatically from our webshop, which serves as a verification that you registered and it also contains an activation link. To finish registration, you need to open the email and click on the activation link. This process has security reasons and after it is done, you can log in to our website by clicking on "Login" found in the header.
Changing your Profile Information
- All registered partners can change any of their information by editing their Profiles.
- In case your data change with time, please make sure you update them in our Profile as well to avoid any sort of problems related to your future orders. Méhn Tünde Esthetic Line Kft. takes no responsibility for any sort of damage (financial or any other sort) suffered by our partners and customers. Billing and shipping is sorted out always based on the information found in the profiles of our clients.
- In case you registered once to our website, but forgot your password, you can ask for a new one under Login/Forgotten Password.
- After registration and activation you can login to the website whenever you want by providing your account name (email) and password. You find the Login section by clicking the Login button found in the header.
- We suggest you that in case you go away from your PC/laptop/phone and leave it unattended, logout from the webshop first so you can avoid any sort of abuse, e.g. someone else ordering products in your name.
Products and Prices
- You can purchase all the products online found in our webshop. At the Description of each product you can find all the details regarding the products. In case you still have questions, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. The conditions and fee of shipping is being detaild under section Shipping and Packaging just below. Charges, fees occured during placing the order, just like accessing the network (internet) or consumed electricity, etc. is covered by you.
Orders and Sealing the Contract
Please put the products you wish to order in your cart. Make sure that the quantity is chosen correctly.
● Shipping and Packaging
Orders that are 500 Euro (net worth) or below will be charged with a delivery fee. Delivery fee in Hungary is 1500 HUF (gross amount), while shipping overseas costs more. The exact amount of shipping fee will be shown on the pro forma invoice issued before dispatching the package to you. Shipping is free for orders above 500 Euro.
Small products are being packaged in an air cushioned envelope, while bigger products will be dispatched in a cardboard box in order to provide protection during delivery time until the products arrive at you.
You can get notified of our discounts through our webshop or Facebook page. In the webshop you will be able to see products labeled as "Discounter Price" whenever a price is being discounted. Any of our discounts can be revoked at any time without announcement. In case you placed your order during the discount time period, you will have to pay only the discounted amount obviously.
● Webinar – Online educational videos
Purchasing webinars can be paid by bank transfer only. After purchased, you will receive an email that contains a coupun code. You can redeem the code and activate your video, which will become ready to be watched as many times as you wish. Each puchaed video access is for 1 year originally. If any of the videos have different availability, it is written in the product's description. Redeeming the code and watching the webinars can be accessed through Profile/My videos section.
● Placing Items into the Cart
Placing items into the cart can be done two different ways:
– You click on Add to Cart on the certain product page after correctly setting the quantity. Here you can see the usual shipping time and status of the products (more about that at Status section just below).
– On the page listing a certain product-group, you can fill in the quantity of the certain product and clicking Add to Cart after that.
Once you added all products to the cart, you can go to checkout (to see what is in your cart currently) by clicking My Cart menu, found in the header. You can still delete products (by clicking the X sign), change the quanity (by + and - signs) and add new products by browsing in the webshop menu again.
It is quite important that we can dispatch the package (all your products) only once we have all of them on stock. This means that the product with the highest delivery time will define the delivery time of your whole package. If you need any of the items separately faster, please contact us personally via email at email@example.com In such a case you will be charge for deliver multiple times according to the number of deliveries (only in case your order is below 200 000 HUF). You can also leave a comment for your order in case you have any special requirement or claim about your order. Status found on the product pages or listing page of a product-group is merely informative.
- On Stock – the Méhn Tünde Esthetic Line Kft. has the cerain product in the asked quantity, can be delivered in 2-5 days usually.
- Available – currently we do not have enough of the certain product on stock but we can still replenish the stock in a short period of time. Delivery is usually between 5-20 working days for products with Available status.
- Not available - these products cannot be ordered for an undefined period of time. Please contact us for more information if you cannot replace your order with other products.
The delivery time shown on our website anywhere is merely informative and the actual delivery time can differ from it. We are doing our best to get the products to you as soon as we can. In case you need further information about the exact delivery time, please contact us on any of our contact info found under the Contact menu.
● Content of the Cart
After login you can check the content of the cart by clicking on the button Cart found in the header. You can change, update or delete the content of your cart as it follows:
- All the different products in the cart are shown in separate rows. In each row you can change the quantity of that product by clicking on "–" and "+". By clicking on "X" you can delete the product from the cart. Once you click on these buttons, the cart is going to be updated immediately.
- Your cart will be saved up to 24 hours even if you logout from the webite and close it. Important criteria of this feature is that you need to use the same device and use the same browser.
● Placing an Order - Shipping and Payment Information
After you checked the content of your cart and found everything in order, then at the bottom of the website you can click on the Continue checkout button to go to the second step of the checkout process. Your package is going to be shipped to the address that you will provide us with as Shipping address. In case you want to pick up your package personally at our salon (see location under Contact), you can choose that option as well.
Shipping has a shipping fee in case you cart has a worth of less than 500 HUF. Shipping fee is added to the total and you can see it included in the price before finalizing and placing your order.
You can choose a pay by cash option, which is possible in case you pick up your products at our salon or if you live in Hungary and choose shipping of package worth less than 500 Euro. You will need to pay for the package at the delivery agent in cash, in case you chose to order like that.
If your package has a worth of 500 Euro or greater, then you can only choose payment by bank transfer. After you place your order and chose bank transfer as payment option, we are going to send you manually a pro forma invoice, which contains all of our banking information. Usually the payment deadline is an 8 days time period. In case the payment is not coming through in 8 days, we would delete your order. In case the payment comes through after 8 days, normally we transfer back the money after the deduction of money transfer charges that occured on our side.
You can choose from the following shipping address options:
- Shipping address that you provided during the registration process
- You can add further unique addresses, representatives of the company or leave a comment in your profile

- Cash (delivery in Hungary to the shipping agent)

After you have checked every information you may click Continue checkout button to proceed.
● Placing/verifying/cancelling your order
As the last step of the checkout, you will need to verify all information regarding the order. Here you can still change your mind and alter anything about your order by clickingon the Back button.
At the bottom of this page you will find the Terms and Conditions that is required to be read by every customer of the webshop before ordering. By clicking on Submit Order button, you can finalize and place your order. After that you cannot change your order anymore on this platform. In case you changed your mind in the meanwhile, please let us know by writing an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org address.
By clicking on Submit order the order has been finalized and placed, no way to change it. You receive an automatic verification email that contains the following information as well: all orders placed before 12:00pm on working days will be checked and processed within 24 hours.
Checking your order:
You can check your order at any time on the website in Profile/Purchase history section. You can also find a link in each automatic verification email sent to you. By clicking on the link you will be redirected to your order on our website (after being logged in).
Cancellation of the order:
If you do not accept the order verification and want to cancel the order, plesase contact us via email or on the phone. You find out contact information in the Contact menu. The Right of Withdrawal section on this page contains more information about withdrawing an order.
● Right to chance price
Méhn Tünde Esthetic Line Kft. has the right to change the price of any product found in the webshop without prior notice at any given time. This measure comes into force immediately once the webshop has been updated. Previous orders are not being affected retroactively.
In case any product has been priced wrongly (cheaper or more expensive), Méhn Tünde Esthetic Line Kft. has the right to cancel the order and offer the products on their correct prices to the customer. The customer has its right to withdraw the order if the amended prices are not to be accepted.
Right of Withdrawal
Description of the Right of Withdrawal for customers
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, based on the 2nd paragraph of the 45/2014. (II. 26.) decree issued be the Hungarian Government. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your
communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods.
